Another festival of sacred music at CAC 2019 National Carol

It was a remarkable Friday evening of the best of musical renditions that cut across genres such as classical, contemporary, spirituals, hymns, solos and traditional music at 2019 National Carol organized by Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide.




It was an unforgettable three hours of enthralling musical voyage that calmed nerves and blessed souls beyond measures.



Glorious and colourful is an understatement in describing the carol service as the choir was dressed in a white and red attire and ministered songs that caused God's blessings upon every soul.


The choir performed songs like "Wa wo Oba ta bi fun wa" by Tope Dada and Deola Amudipe, "In the Bleak Mid-Winter" by Christina Rossetti, "Ife Jesu" by Niran Obasa (Soprano Solo by Titilope David), "My Only Hope is You" by John Paul Trimble, "Ibike (Kalabari)" by Derrick Ezezebor and many others.


Among notable personalities in attendance are President of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Abraham O. Akinosun, General Superintendent, Pastor Samuel O. Oladele, General Secretary, Pastor Emmanuel E. Mapur, Finance Director, Pastor Johnson F. Omitinde, former and retired General Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide Pastor Paul O. Bandele, Regional Superintendent of Babalola Region, Pastor M.O. Oyepetun, Regional Superintendent of Odubanjo Region, Pastor D.I.O. Edoh and Regional Superintendent of Latunde Region, Pastot Timothy Agbeja.



Other in attendance are Chief Executive Officer, Rivers Sugarland Development Company, Abuja, Elder Gbenga Akanni, Corps Commander, FRSC, Uche Chukwurah and PPRO, Ondo State Command, Mr. Femi Joseph among others.



President of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Akinosun while ministering at the programme said Jesus came as Saviour and has highest longing for man to come to salvation.



Pastor Akinosun urged the congregation to see this period in a new way, not for wining and dining, but a period of sober reflection on someone's lifestyle and relationship with God.



While urging people to surrender their totality to Christ, the Cleric said men would be judged by their thoughts and actions.
