God is more interested in the builder, than building- Pastor Gbuyiro

"The first thing in God's priority is not the work you do for Him, but the doer of the work. The problem we have in this generation is not about the building, but the builder. God is more interested in the builder, than the building," says the Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro.




He noted that affiliation with Christ won't take anyone far, what we need is cordial and deep relationship with Him.



Pastor Gbuyiro said this at the 2019 Life Improvement Conference (Love Clinic Edition) held recently at CAC Mount of Blessing, Adaloko, Agbara, Lagos.



The Cleric noted that the number one responsibility of children of God is to follow Jesus Christ, saying that though Jesus is very slow, one can rest assured of getting to the destination.



According to him, Christianity is very simple and it is just one instruction from Jesus which is "follow me."



He noted that God must approve  a life before the life can do anything for Him.



"These days some people are calling God to send down fire like the days of Elijah, but they need to know that it will take only Elijah of God to bring down fire. Until He sees another Elijah, He won't send the fire. There are lots of imitations in the Christendom without encounter with God," the Youth Officer said.




The church of today according to him is well informed but lacks transformation.
