Renowned Gospel Singers, Mike Abdul and Tope Ilori captivated the congregation with their inspirational and Spirit-filled songs at the 50th anniversary musical concert of Christ Apostolic Church, Mountain of Blessings, Adekitan, Lagos.

The programme which was held on Sunday October 27, 2019 also had in attendance the Music Director of CAC Worldwide, Pastor Tope Dada.

It was indeed a kaleidoscope of music, colourful costumes and scintillating arrangement of voices from the Choir of CAC Adekitan who ministered powerfully to the congregation.

Since its inception 50 years ago, the choir has consistently produced gospel singers who are now making waves in the Nigerian gospel music industry . One of such gospel singers is Tope Ilori who is now gaining international recognition through her sacred music.

The Choir presented songs like "Erujeje" by Segun Akinloye, "Open Door" by Fountain of Life Worship Team, "Oruko Oluwa" by Tope Ilori, "Wonderful" by M.L Yandell & James Rowe, "Emi o gbe oju mi some wonni" by T.K.E. Philips and "Awa yo Korin" by Tope Ilori among others.

While preaching on the theme of the anniversary which is "Our God Whom We Serve", Pastor Tope Dada said the three Hebrews knew the God they served and that was why He saved them, urging people at the programme to desire to know God and accept Him as their God.

He said the three Hebrews served God wholeheartedly and that was why He never disappointed them at the point of death, stating that God is not the God of anyone who is not born again.

According to him, anyone who wants the Almighty God their God must be regenerated and have a good relationship with Him.
