The 2019 youth anniversary of Christ Apostolic Church, Chapel of Praise, Akure was held from Thursday, 12th September to Sunday, 15th September, 2019, with the theme: "Faith: The Bedrock of Youthful Relationship With God".
The programme started with a prayer meeting on Thursday from 5pm-7pm, followed by vigil on Friday from 9am-10am.
Ministering at the vigil, Pastor Dr. J.M. Owoyemi, eulogized the church leadership for providing mentorship for the youths. He encouraged that youths should reciprocate by their obedience to Godly principles.
As part of the programme, a reunion was held on Saturday which gave the youth wing the opportunity to meet members who have relocated and those who have graduated from FUTA.
The Saturday outdoor programme was fun filled. The programme was finalized with a Thanksgiving service on Sunday, 15th September, 2019. The service was coordinated by the youth and different activities took place. During his vote of thanks, the Youth Coordinator, Elder Gbenga Fashuanmi appreciated the leadership of the church for their cooperation and encouraged the youths to continue in the way of Faith.
