Cleric urges Christians to take rightful positions as heirs of God's kingdom



Pastor Joseph Folorunsho Omolola, the Superintendent Agbara District Coordinating Council, Agbara DCC has called on Christians to rise and take their rightful positions as heirs of the kingdom of God.


He made this call recently at his official visit to Agbara District in the Agbara District Coordinating Council.


The cleric, who was warmly welcomed, commended the district administration for a job well done while adding that there is need to do more as God is not happy with stagnancy but growth from all end.



Speaking at the occasion, Pastor Akin Isaac Adetutu, the Agbara District Superintendent acknowledged that Agbara District is the cradle of Pastor Omolola’s ministry and he is honoured that he succeeded him as the Agbara District Superintendent.



The occasion which was well attended by all ministers and their wives, elders and deaconesses and members from all assemblies within the district ended with the stakeholders’ meeting.



Also, the 3rd Bunmi Oshun Biennial Lecture in honour of Pastor Professor Bunmi Oshun and his 70th Birthday was observed last Saturday with the Lagos Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps representing the Corp Marshal Doctor Boboye Oyeyemi as the Guest Speaker.
