CAC Chapel of Praise, Akure holds 16th Children's Anniversary

In celebrating the love of God upon the children, Christ Apostolic Church, Chapel of Praise Akure held her 16th Children's Anniversary on Sunday 25th August, 2019.

The Sunday service from opening prayer to sermon, to closing hymn were well coordinated by the children.

Children of Chapel of Praise have been participating in competitions and winning trophies, but this year is spectacular because the children won 6 out of 8 trophies from the Christian Evangelism Ministry bible competition.

Three trophies won from the Christian Evangelical Ministry at Ondo State were displayed. They proceeded from the local assembly level to Ondo state level, then to Zonal level comprising Ondo, Ekiti,  Osun and Kwara States held at Ado Ekiti, then they moved to National level held at Ilorin and won another three cups out of four cups presented for the programme. Making a total of six cups out of eight cups presented for the programme in Nigeria.

The children sang Hallelujah Chorus and displayed their expertise on flute, organ, saxophone etc, they read Bible recitation and played bible games. They constituted the choir and ushering departments for the special service.
