It was a day of revelation, enlightenment and funfair at Couples' Banquet programme organised by Marital Empowerment Training (MENT) on Saturday July 27, 2019.
The programme which was held at Christ Apostolic Church, Chapel of Grace, Ibadan was really a blessing to couples who were in attendance. The theme of the programme is "Follow Me."
Marital Empowerment Training has the vision to raise a new generation of Christian couples, preparing young mature Christian for glorious wedding and blissful marriage, exposing the danger of ignorance in handling marital issues, guiding against common errors and pitfalls during courtship, securing the future of the church against marital crisis and imparting young Christians with wisdom against satanic devices aimed at stealing or robbing them of honey in their noon.
The Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church, Pastor Samson O. Gbuyiro is the Convener of the meeting which envision to raise agents of transformation in Christian marriage, mentor Christian couples on biblical principles for godly and blissful marriage, and lay a scriptural foundation for an excellent marriage by employing a pro-active approach to marital challenges.
