Christ Apostolic Church, Gwagwalada District Coordinating Council (DCC), Abuja, on Saturday May 11, 2019 held her annual Refresher Course for Elders and Deaconesses.
The programme which was held at the DCC headquarters had in attendance Elders and Deaconesses of the DCC.
While delivering his welcome address on the topic "Eternal Plan of God," the DCC Superintendent, Gwagwalada DCC, Pastor Frank O. Reju defined Eternal Plan of God as a period of time during which God deals in a particular way with men in respect to sin and man's responsibility.
Pastor Reju stated that God has an Eternal Plan that includes the purpose and activities of every person on earth.
He emphasized that an Elder or a Deaconess must be born again and to lead the Church of God well must be continually filled with Holy Spirit ( Acts 2:1-4, Ephesians 5:18).
The Cleric stated further that all members of the body of Christ regardless whether they are Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses, or Saints should have a servant attitude.
He concluded by saying that the Church is not an organization, it is a spiritual organism, which Christ is the Head and is composed of all regenerated people from the Pentecost to the rapture.
