A renowned Gospel Singer, Lady Evangelist (Dr.) Bola Are has explained why she always describe herself as the first fruit of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola.
Bola Are who stated this recently on Lagelu FM noted that Apostle Babalola prophesied to her parents that they would give birth to a Prophet.
The Gospel Music Icon said her parents who were expecting that she would be a male, took her to Apostle Babalola and the Apostle told them that subsequently in the future they will know it is Prophet they born.
"I was made first fruit to Apostle Babalola just as Prophet Samuel was first fruit to Prophet Eli. When the Apostle died, my parents said they didn't know how to take care of Apostle's daughter (me) and as a result of that I was taken to Prophet Akande (Baba Abiye) in Ede. Baba Akande and Prophet Obadare said they will take care of me," Bola Are stated.
