As Christ Apostolic Church celebrates "100 years of walking with God", there are millions of people across the globe the mission has impacted to the glory of God.

The son of CAC Olorunsogo DCC Superintendent, Pastor O.C. Chukwuezie, Obinna Chukwuezie tells the story of how the church impacted his life.

Obinna Chukwuezie who is a development Journalist and founder of Journalists Initiative for Youth Empowerment (www.ji4ye.org) and a media consultant to the UN Women in North East Nigeria explained to CAC NEWS his "CACstory."

"CAC is the church of my birth and the church I had my upbringing, as my parents are CAC clerics. I learnt to pray, fast, memorise verses in the Holy Bible. I had my baptism by immersion, became bold and fearless, have absolute faith and reliance on God to meet my every need, and relying on the Holy Spirit for direction in the church."

"I thank God I had CAC foundation. No preacher can deceive me because I know what the Bible teaches, and I saw it from my parents. I'm already giving back to CAC in my little way. I learnt giving back to a system that I benefitted in my NGO work. I congratulate CAC on this centenary celebration, being a 100 year-old church is a great feat. CAC has seen the good, bad and ugly sides of church growth, expansion, and leadership transitions."
