The immediate past National Youth Officer of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide who is presently the Superintendent of Amuwo Odofin Districts' Coordinating Council, Pastor Joe Jacobs yesterday Wednesday 14th March, 2018 paid an unscheduled visit to the ongoing youth project in Ikeji-Arakeji.
The youth project is a big 30-000 bed space hostel meant to be used during the annual youth conference and other conferences of the church.
The first floor of the building has reached the decking stage. Presently materials like cement, iron rods, planks, granite, plumbing materials and money for workers on site are needed.
Pastor Joe Jacobs who was purposely in Ikeji-Arakeji for the ongoing General Council meeting met with the incumbent National Youth Officer, Pastor Sam Gbuyiro and his assistant, Pastor S.O Oke at the site.
Apart from commending those who have contributed their quota to the Project, the Cleric also prayed for divine favour and ideas for the speedy completion of the work.
It noted that it will be wonderful if the building is available for the youth conference in August and September.
